Purchase Notes:

1. Order cannot be changed, cancelled and refund after order confirmation.

2.1 The battery life - distance and time show in the specification is only for reference. Final battery life can use will be varied. Battery life is related to personal riding road conditions + whether it is loaded or not + motor conditions of the car + temperature + Start and stop frequency + mode. The battery life is not fixed, just like a mobile phone, it is impossible for everyone to use a mobile phone and the standby time is the same.

2.2. Tested when fully charged and under the following conditions: 50 kg load, 25℃ temperature, no wind on a level road and at a constant speed of 15 km/h. Actual battery life may vary depending on temperature, load, wind speed, road conditions, operation habits and other factors.

2.3. All data above has been obtained from Labs. Errors in actual performance may occur due to changes in objective conditions.

3. Normal delivery time is around 3 to 6 working days after confirmation. Actual delivery time may be varied because COVID-19 is serious now.

4. 6 months Warranty is only for repair and not refund or replacement. If the part is damaged by user, repair is required to pay.

5. Local warranty for quality problem, free inspection, and parts are included (except man-made problem, such as water entry, impact, parts changed, gift, reasons for product colour difference etc).

6. Generally, electric vehicles have a certain waterproof ability, which we call life waterproof. Remember, it cannot continue to be exposed to heavy rain.

7. This store is not a seven-day hesitation period store, and does not accept personal factors, such as: dislike, wrong size, not in line with personal expectations, etc. Reasons for return and exchange.

8.1. Notes for buying electric scooters/ bike:

Under Hong Kong law, e-scooters are considered cars and must be registered and licensed to be used on the road. The Transport Department stated that its construction and operation would pose a certain danger to drivers and other road users, so it would not register and license such electric devices, so it is illegal to drive electric scooters on public roads and pavements. In order to ensure personal safety and avoid legal liability, consumers are advised to carefully understand the legal requirements of electric scooters in Hong Kong before using electric scooters. Please note the following:

8.2. According to the laws of Hong Kong, electric scooters cannot be used on public roads, pedestrian roads, and cycle tracks.

8.3. Electric scooters can only be used on individual private properties, sports venues, or non-public areas with the permission of the venue owner, and the user must abide by the venue specifications and the instructions of the owner or venue owner.

8.4. Before use, consumers should read the product manual carefully, and clearly understand the use method and safety precautions of electric scooters. Please ride the electric scooter with the correct posture and method.
